Job Details

• Location: 500 Perth Road, Kelowna, BC, V1X 3R4
• Work setting: On-site customer service in the restaurant and food service industry
• Salary: $20.00 per hour for 37.5 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time
• Special commitments: Day, Evening, Shift
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare food order summaries for the chef
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

Supervision

Supervise a team of 3-4 food and beverage servers.

Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: College diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a relevant position
• Working Conditions: Must work at the physical location, remote work is not an option.
