Our client is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor who will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality food service, and leading a dynamic team. Visa sponsorship is potentially available for overseas candidates.

• Location: Sudbury, ON
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $18.00 per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Establish work schedules

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
