Our client is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor with potential visa sponsorship available.

Job Details

• Location: 244 Dominion Street, Bridgewater, NS, B4V 2K8
• Salary: $16.50 to $17.50 hourly (to be negotiated), 40 to 45 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
• Work Location: On site
• Special Commitments: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
