Job Details

• Salary: $29.00/hour for 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish work schedules
• Perform the same duties as the workers supervised

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
• Personal Suitability: Client focus, Flexibility, Team player
