We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at our client’s restaurant. This position is open to global talent, and visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified applicants.

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly. You will manage staff, oversee inventory, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage kitchen and waitstaff teams
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain high cleanliness standards
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a similar role
• Languages: English

Working Conditions

• Overtime and flexible hours may be required
• Work must be completed at the physical location with no option for remote work
