Overview

This role requires a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. The candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment requiring attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise a team of 5-10 staff
• Balance cash and complete cash reports
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
• Participate in marketing plans and implementations
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
• Personal Suitability: Client-focused, organized, reliable, team player, and able to multitask
