Our client is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team. This position is ideal for international candidates, as visa sponsorship may be considered.

  Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, includes day, evening, weekend, and flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff and set work schedules
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Manage events

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a managerial role
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Language: Proficiency in English
