Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Restaurant Manager for their location in Surrey, BC. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a salary of $33.00 per hour, with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. Visa sponsorship is available for international applicants, and candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
• Monitor staff performance.
• Recruit and supervise staff.
• Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
• Language: Proficiency in English.
