Overview

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Languages: English
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budget for food, ingredients, and supplies
• Modify food preparation methods and menu pricing as needed
• Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit and supervise staff, conducting performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Negotiate supplier arrangements
• Participate in marketing plans
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent service
