• Salary: $37.00 per hour / 30 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
• Develop budget for food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods and pricing.
• Monitor revenues and staff performance, and organize daily operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff while setting work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering and supplies.
• Address customer complaints and concerns.

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
• Language: Proficient in English.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
