Job Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. This position offers potential visa sponsorship for overseas candidates, including support for those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: 71 Riverside Drive W, Okotoks, AB, T1S 1M3
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $36.00 hourly / 30 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.
• Manage events.

Supervision

• Working groups.
• Staff in various areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
• Languages: English
