• Salary: $34.50 per hour / 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Cost products and services.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Languages: English
• Supervision: 11-15 people

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word
• Excellent oral communication
• Strong interpersonal skills and client focus
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Work Conditions

The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and may involve large workloads with overtime required.
