Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Languages: English
• Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in a related role

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations.
• Monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• Supervise and train staff.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Set staff work schedules.
• Balance cash and complete reports.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Negotiate with suppliers.
• Participate in marketing initiatives.
• Provide customer service and address complaints.

Skills and Experience Required

• Knowledge of electronic cash registers, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and point of sale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
