Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits
• Develop budget for food, ingredients, and supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices
• Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
• Monitor and supervise staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit and train staff, and set work schedules
• Implement operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete cash reports and forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Manage inventory and negotiate with suppliers
• Participate in marketing plans and implementations
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent service
• Manage events
