Our client is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. This position is open to international applications, with immigration support potentially available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise and train staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Manage events

Experience and Skills

• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
• Computer Skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
