Experience

7 months to less than 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, and supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods accordingly.
• Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and staff performance.
• Plan and organize daily operations, recruit and train staff, and set work schedules.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate with suppliers and clients for services.
• Participate in marketing plans and manage events.
