What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of the Business Banking team, you will report to the Director or Senior Manager & Team Lead, providing new and existing clients with an exceptional experience. As a Relationship Manager, you will help clients meet their business goals by understanding needs and identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of business connections, focusing on deepening relationships.
  • Collaborate with experts within the organization to meet clients’ diverse financial and credit needs.
  • Build relationships with Centres of Influence (COIs) to generate referrals and connect with clients.
  • Participate in community events to enhance brand presence and gain market share.

  • Business Development: Build community relationships to generate referrals and actively develop a sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Seek opportunities for client acquisition and manage a growing portfolio.
  • Community Involvement: Increase brand awareness by attending events and participating in outreach activities.

    • Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years in Business Banking or Commercial Banking with strong knowledge of credit and cash management.
  • You have an established network in the local business community.
  • You prioritize client needs and engage with purpose to find the right solutions.
  • You are a strong communicator and thrive in collaborative environments.
  • You hold an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
