About The Opportunity

If you are interested in a Critical Care Nursing career, we would love to hear from you! We invite experienced Critical Care RNs from across Canada to apply for positions in our ICU and IMCU departments. You will work collaboratively with a team of medical professionals to improve patient care.

Role Requirements

We are eager to connect with candidates who have the following qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• One (1) year of full-time Critical Care experience required
• Completion of an approved Critical Care Course/Critical Care Certificate/CCNP is required for ICU/IMCU positions
• Three to five years of acute care nursing experience preferred
• Specific experience in a specialty area may be required (e.g., Cardiovascular, Med/Surg Neuro)
• BLS (HCP) certification required

Hours and Locations

We offer permanent, assignment, and casual relief positions in various locations throughout Nova Scotia, with shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation And Benefits

Hourly compensation ranges from $40.55 to $49.99, increasing to $51.74 for those with 25 years of experience. Successful candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
