This position will be part of our client’s Primary Care team. The Health Link Team has an opportunity for an energetic, passionate, and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a change in how care is delivered. In this role, you will utilize your robust communication skills, extensive nursing knowledge, and diverse work background.
As an essential part of this provincial health team, you will be responsible for providing telephone triage services, offering health advice and information to callers across Alberta. Our client’s mission is to deliver care and reliable advice, connecting individuals to the appropriate care provided by the right health care professional in the right location.
Utilizing clinical software, diverse databases, and clinical protocols, you will evaluate, triage, and counsel patients dealing with diverse and often intricate concerns. Your exceptional patient focus, clinical nursing expertise, and assessment skills will enable you to deliver high-quality and precise health advice and information within a contact care setting.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide a wide variety of nursing services to patients, families, communities, and populations, while ensuring their safety and well-being. In your role, you will utilize nursing processes, through critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making, as well as teach, counsel, and advocate on behalf of patients and their families.
You will play a leadership role in supporting an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, health promotion, and maintenance. Additionally, you will provide safe, quality patient-and-family-centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of our client.
Please Note: Provisional Permit Holders shall be paid $39.58/hour, with a potential adjustment upon being entered into the register of Registered Nurses.
If you have not practiced as a Registered Nurse within the last five (5) years, completion of specific courses is required.
