Overview

As an RN in this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients across diverse healthcare settings.

To be Considered You’ll Need:

• Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
• A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Schedule

Days and Night shifts available, full-time hours – 36 hours a week, rotating weekends. 12-hour shift options available.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 / hr based on work experience with shift differentials offered.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, BH, and ER
• Provide both direct and indirect care, ensuring patients receive high-quality care while in the facility
• Oversee the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks, ensuring care is consistent with established protocols
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans based on patient needs
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and provide patient education
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills in clinical settings

• Practice patient safety protocols using proper identification methods for all patients
• Provide clear and accurate patient education regarding diagnoses and treatment plans
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for potential reactions
• Deliver care tailored to individual needs, considering patient development and age-specific requirements
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes

$40.00 – $85.00 per hour
