Location: Bassano Health Centre, Alberta, Canada
The Bassano Health Centre is an acute and continuing care facility offering 24-hour emergency services, medicine, ambulatory care, primary care clinic services, and community health. The center includes 4 acute care and 8 continuing care beds. As a member of the CoAct team, you will assess, design, and implement continuing care services for clients living in this setting. The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in resident care planning, working collaboratively with residents and families to achieve care goals and enhance quality of life.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver a wide range of nursing services to patients, families, communities, and populations, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

Compensation: Provisional Permit Holders will be paid between $35.87/hour – $43.82/hour, with adjustments upon registration as a Registered Nurse.

Work Schedule

This role includes varied shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends) with hours per shift and shifts per cycle varying. Casual/Relief staff will have a flexible schedule.
