Salary: $27.00 to $36.00 hourly (To be negotiated), 30 to 40 hours per week

Overview

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks:

• Feed and unload production machinery and equipment
• Monitor instruments on one or more chemical formulation units
• Clean and maintain work space
• Clean chemical processing machines and equipment and production areas
• Measure, weigh, and load chemical ingredients following formulation cards
• Move, sort, and pile materials and products
• Record production information
• Start up, shut down, and troubleshoot equipment
• Assist in operation, repair, and maintenance
• Take samples
• Perform general labouring duties
• Operate equipment from a control room or from control consoles located near the production units
• Operate forklift
• Adjust processing machines and equipment
• Monitor reaction processes and transfers of products in conformance with safety procedures
