Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their team. The employer accepts applications from Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents of Canada, and other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: 5TH floor, 100 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $40.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post notices and advertisements
• Collect and screen applicants
• Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
• Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
• Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Languages: English

Additional Information

Work must be completed at the physical location; there is no option to work remotely.
