Position: Records Classifier

Location: Calgary, AB

Type: Permanent Full-Time Employment

Work Setting: On-site, Willing to relocate

Salary: $36.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

This position welcomes applications from candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities

• Assign classification and metadata codes to records
• Develop document inventories
• Classify, code, cross-reference, log, and store records
• Compile statistics and reports on records management activities
• Implement and update records classification and retention plans
• Label, prepare, and transfer information files as per records management procedures
• Operate information retrieval systems to research and extract records

Qualifications

Education

• College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1-2 years)

Experience

• 2 to less than 3 years
