• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• On-site Requirement: Work must be completed at the physical location; no remote option available.

Responsibilities

• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Train workers in duties and policies.
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
• Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Resolve product and service-related problems.
• Recommend improvements in inspection, licensing, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
• Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery; arrange repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
• Perform same duties as workers supervised.
