Are you ready for a full-time hybrid role in Toronto, ON? Our client is looking for a Project Program Cybersecurity Manager to be part of a team that shapes the cybersecurity framework of critical transportation systems.

Your Future Role

Take on an exciting challenge where you will leverage your cybersecurity and engineering expertise. You will be working alongside innovative teammates to ensure safety and resilience within the rapidly evolving transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing program security needs, including regulatory compliance and risk strategy
• Planning security activities within the development life cycle, estimating costs, and identifying training needs
• Managing Cost/Quality/Delay of Cybersecurity deliverables based on project context
• Cascading requirements to suppliers and managing third-party risks
• Defining Cybersecurity Operating Procedures and reporting on status
• Promoting ethical conduct through adherence to the Alstom Code of Ethics

Performance Measurements

Your performance will be measured by:

• No “NO GO” for cybersecurity in Gate Reviews
• Quality and timeliness of cybersecurity deliverables
• Achievement of targeted levels of cybersecurity
• Low rework due to assessment findings

All About You

Our client values passion and attitude over experience. The following skills and experience are desirable:

• Hands-on experience in architecture, design, and development
• Experience in cybersecurity deployment and project management
• 8+ years in safety-critical systems and 3-5 years using relevant standards
• Experience in cybersecurity analysis on Industrial Control Systems

Competencies & Skills

Required competencies include:

• Engineering Background
• Knowledge of main cybersecurity standards and regulations
• Methods of cybersecurity risk analysis
• Certification in cybersecurity (CISSP/CISM/CEH/GICSP/CompTIA Security+)
