Our client is seeking a Project Administration Officer to join their team in Mississauga, ON. We offer support for international candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Work Location: On-site
• Salary: $36.10 per hour for 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening shifts

Responsibilities

• Implement and review new administrative procedures.
• Delegate tasks to office support staff.
• Establish work priorities and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate office services including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
• Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls.
• Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
• Perform data entry and train staff.
• Oversee payroll administration and budget control.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows.
