Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor – Consumer Products for their manufacturing facility in York, ON. This position offers the potential for visa sponsorship, allowing international candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit, to apply.

• Salary: $40,000 to $75,000 annually (To be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Special Commitments: Morning Shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit reports
• Recommend measures to improve productivity
• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
• Establish work schedules and training
• Oversee safety of operations
• Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies
• Set up machines and equipment
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
• Operate equipment for application of coatings
• Prepare and apply stencils and decals
• Maintain inventory and clean work area

Work Environment

• Noisy, dusty, hot, and confined workspaces
• Work in a manufacturing and industrial plant

Qualifications

• Education: No Degree, Certificate, or Diploma
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field
• Languages: English
• Ability to provide own transportation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg/50 lbs)
• Multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Physical demands including standing for extended periods and manual dexterity
