Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Procurement Officer who will play a key role in managing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This position welcomes candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $28.19 to $41.91 hourly (To be negotiated) based on 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and effective purchasing of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal pricing and delivery terms.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years experience in a related field, preferably in pharmaceuticals and health.
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in French.
