Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Prepare statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions
• Store, update, and retrieve financial data
• Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems
• Prepare monthly statements
• Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
• Maintain payroll records
• Maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime using manual or computerized systems

Qualifications

• Education: No Degree, Certificate, or Diploma required
• Experience: Experience is an asset
• Languages: English
