Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team in Qualicum Beach, B.C. This role offers potential LMIA sponsorship, making it an excellent opportunity for international candidates looking to work in Canada.

Note: Bonus amounts presented are based on full-time employment. Part-time employees would earn a pro-rata amount.
Shifts
PT 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, 2 on 4 off or 2 on 5 off
Wage
As per the BCNU provincial agreement.
Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse
- Resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Resident assessments and care planning
- Administration of medications, treatments, and wound care
- Proficient with electronic documentation (PointClickCare) and MDS Assessments
- Liaises with physicians, families, and other members of the care team
- Delegates tasks to unregulated care providers
Charge Nurse Responsibilities
Participates in Care Conferences and Medication reviews.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with BCCNM
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Competent in electronic documentation and eMar
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in Long-Term Care preferred
- COVID vaccination certificate
