Job Overview

Our client is looking for an Operations Manager for a restaurant. This position offers potential visa sponsorship for overseas candidates, including those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Salary: $36.00 per hour for 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations.
• Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash and complete reports.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Cost products and services.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Address customer complaints or concerns.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Work Conditions

• Fast-paced environment.
• Work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Physically demanding tasks with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
• Languages: English
