Job Details: Operations Manager – Administrative Services

Location: 138 Barker Street, London, ON, N5Y 1Y1

Workplace Information: On site

Salary: $37.05 per hour / 32 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate administrative services
• Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Interview, hire, and provide training for staff
• Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
