Job Overview

Work Location: On site

Salary: $36.00 to $40.00 per hour (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time

Special Commitments: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On-call, Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks.
• Organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• Train workers in duties and policies.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Coordinate, assign and review work.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.

Requirements

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role is required.
