Office Coordinator – Job Description

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $36.60 per hour, 30 to 35 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Visa Sponsorship Available

Job Overview

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Work Setting: Private Sector

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Perform data entry.
• Train staff.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

• MS Excel
• MS Office
• MS Word
