Responsibilities

• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
• Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries.
• Compile data, statistics, and other information.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Conduct research.
• File material in storage area.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
• Languages: English.

Skills

• Knowledge of Mac OS, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
