Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. Visa sponsorship may be considered for international applicants.

• Location: Timmins, ON
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $28.80 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities

• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services on various tasks.
• Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory controls.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports.
• Perform data entry.
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
• Resolve conflict situations.
• Monitor and evaluate processes.
• Plan and control budget and expenditures.
• Prepare marketing plans and implement marketing activities.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations.
• Prepare written materials.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
• Knowledge of computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
