Office Administrator Position

Our client is seeking an Office Administrator. Immigration support is potentially available for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Location: 15 Rustic Crescent, Orangeville, ON, L9W 1T1
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $30.00 to $36.25 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Overview

• Languages Required: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• On-site Requirement: Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Implement new administrative procedures
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
• Oversee payroll administration
• Plan and control budget and expenditures

Supervision

• 1 to 2 people
