Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare teams across various specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). As an RN in this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients across diverse healthcare settings.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered you’ll need:

• Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
• A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule: Days and Night shifts available, full-time hours – 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.
Shifts: 12-hour shift options available.
Compensation: Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 / hr based on work experience with shift differentials offered.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER).
• Perform patient assessments and provide both direct and indirect care, ensuring high-quality care during their time in the facility.
• Oversee the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks, ensuring care is consistent with established protocols.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans based on patient needs.
• Provide patient education and ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills in various clinical settings.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.

Pay: $40.00-$85.00 per hour
