We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare teams across various specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
• A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule: Days and Night shifts available, full time hours – 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.
Shifts: 12 hour shift options available.
Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 / hr based on work experience.
Pay Differentials by Shift: Shift differentials offered.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). The RN will provide both direct and indirect care, ensuring patients receive high-quality care during their time in the facility.

• Oversee the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct patient assessments and administer medications and treatments.
• Provide patient education and ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills.
