Job Title: Nurse Aide
Location: Sackville, NB
Our client is seeking a Nurse Aide to join their team. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified international applicants.
Job Details
- Salary: $19.38 hourly
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Work location: On site
- Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week with shifts available (Morning, Day, Night, Weekend, On call, Overtime)
- Vacancies: 3
Responsibilities
- Take patients’ blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Serve meal trays and feed patients.
- Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients.
- Make beds and maintain patients’ rooms.
- Bathe, dress, and groom patients.
- Transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers.
- Administer first aid in emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Languages: English
- Certificates: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Vulnerable sector check.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
