Job Overview

Our client is seeking a nail salon supervisor who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Visa sponsorship may be considered for overseas candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Salary: $37.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Schedule events, programs, and activities.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Be the point of contact for emergency situations.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• Monitor quality and production levels.
• Prepare and submit progress and other reports.
• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
• Supervise operations of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule worker activities.
• Train staff in job duties and safety procedures.
• Manage staff and assign duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Conduct quality control and provide gel and acrylic nail extensions.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in relevant field.
• Languages: English.
