    • About You

    We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support various marketing initiatives, from social media and events to email campaigns and website updates. This is an ideal opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, fast-growing team.

    Responsibilities

    Social Media Content & Engagement

  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Create posts and engage with our audience through comments and DMs.
  • Monitor activity, flag key feedback, and compile monthly engagement reports.

    • Website & Campaign Support

  • Update website and landing pages using our CMS.
  • Manage contact lists and basic segmentation for email campaigns.
  • Gather campaign metrics and organize reports for internal review.

    • Events & Tradeshows

  • Assist with logistics for conferences and tradeshows.
  • Track sponsorship deliverables and prepare onsite staff.
  • Organize leads and asset inventory post-event.

    • Marketing Ops & Asset Management

  • Maintain organized marketing folders and shared assets.
  • Produce marketing materials using Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Track versions and usage of key assets across teams and campaigns.

    • Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a content-focused role.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable across channels.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
  • Experience with event or trade show coordination is an asset.
  • Exposure to public relations or media outreach.
