Job Details

• Location: Calgary, AB
• Salary: $36.10/hour
• Work Environment: On-site
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Develop various events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes.
• Create and implement communication strategies and programs.
• Prepare public written material and oversee its production.
• Compile bibliographies, indexes, reading lists, guides, and other finding aids.
• Produce educational and informational materials to engage audiences.
• Publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and events.
• Advise clients on advertising and promotional strategies.
• Assist in creating brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Will train; experience in marketing is an asset.
• Language: English proficiency.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Fast-paced environment.
• Physically demanding; ability to handle heavy loads.
• Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
