Our client is seeking a Manager, Management Consulting Services to lead operations and provide exceptional service quality. This position is available for candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit, and visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified applicants.

Overview

• Languages: English
• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Work Requirements: Must be completed at the physical location; no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services.
• Evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business.
• Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business.
• Provide expertise in response to clients’ needs.
• Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff.
• Plan and control budget and expenditures.
• Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
• Provide customer service.
