Overview

We are seeking a Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. Visa sponsorship may be considered. This role involves transporting goods and materials while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions using GPS and navigation devices
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
• Load and unload goods
• Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials
• Inspect vehicle conditions including tires, lights, and brakes
• Perform emergency roadside repairs
• Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
• Ensure the safety and security of cargo
• Handle dangerous goods

Qualifications

• Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: AZ class license
• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Previous experience is an asset
