• Salary: $36.10 hourly / 40 to 60 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques.
• Provide professionalism in customer service.
• Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
• Load and unload goods.
• Obtain special permits and documents for transporting cargo internationally.
• Inspect vehicle condition and all equipment.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs and inspections.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, and fuel consumption.
• Handle dangerous goods safely.

Work Conditions

• Attention to detail required.
• Heavy lifting and physical demands involved.
• Must be reliable and a team player.

Additional Information

• Overtime may be required at various times, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
