Job Description

Position: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Delta, BC

Work Setting: On site

Salary: $63,000 annually / 32 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Special Commitments: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available

Overview:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Languages: English
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Key Responsibilities

• Compile orders and instructions received from customers.
• Organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• Oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• Track and complete work orders.
• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Perform routine clerical duties and prepare reports.
• Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Provide customer service and train workers in duties and policies.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
