Salary: $28.85 per hour / 40 hours per week

Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide support and personal care to seniors. This position welcomes applications from candidates, including those who may require visa sponsorship. Immigration support may be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care
• Administer medications
• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene
• Support regular exercise, e.g., walking
• Change non-sterile dressings
• Feed or assist in feeding
• Provide companionship
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• CPR Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role

Work Conditions

• Physically demanding role, requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling
• Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Will be working at the client’s home
