Job Details

• Location: Pitt Meadows, BC
• Salary: $21.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work Setting: On-site at a retail service establishment

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate and plan daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Implement pricing and credits policies
• Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues related to customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff/volunteers
• Conduct performance reviews

Experience and Skills

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 5 years or more in a similar role
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of word processing, database, inventory control software, electronic mail, spreadsheets, and MS Outlook
